*Event Manager/Coordinator on site throughout events for access, questions, and maintenance issues. *Parking area, 1 Parking attendant with golf cart as needed (up to 100 people) *Unique hay wagon with sideboards for food service.
**Tent Rental, Tables, Chairs, Linens can be ordered thru local rental vendors we work with upon your request for your event.

50 or less people: $1500 No Tent/Venue rental only

Ranch Package 2: Up to 50 people $4000.00
Up to 100 people: $5000.00
Up to 150 people: $6000.00
Up to 200 people: $7500.00
Ranch Package Complete: $10000.00 Friday, Saturday, or Sunday*10am to 11pm*Up to 200 guests
This package offers you a complete venue set up. We order the tent, tables, chairs, table linens, cocktail tables, & dance floor. Our 30 day Coordinator will help you to navigate your event and any help you might require. 2 Parking attendants with golf cart access, food chafers & drink dispensers. You also receive a $500 credit towards your flowers with our experienced floral designer. Staffing and clean up for your event.
*Guest Overages: If client's final guest count be above the contracted guest range, client will be accessed a $25.00 per person charge
*Pick up of vendor equipment outside of access period$100/per vendor/per day
*Redesigns after the 30 day meeting subject to charge according to changes.
*Excessive Cleaning fee $500
*Late payments/Returned check fee $35.00
*Damage fee’s – cost of the repairs
*Wedding Insurance (1 million insurance policy)
*Wedding dates are secured on a first come, first served basis.
*You must reserve the date with a signed Venue Rental Agreement and a $1000.00 Rental Fee deposit. (which is non refundable)
*All vendors must be licensed and insured.
*The Ranch is not responsible for weather related issues.
*The Ranch is not responsible for lost items.
*The Ranch is not responsible for set up or breakdown of client’s personal items. Or items brought in by outside vendors, not included in package price.
*The Ranch also reserves the right to approve all outside vendors and décor.
*Client will participate in a planned meeting 30 days before the event to go over all details.
*Alcohol is not provided by the Ranch, it can be purchased by the client. Client must have a certified bartender to serve drinks. Client is also responsible for an alcohol permit if you are have liquor drinks served.

*We are a Smoke Free environment. Please inform your guests of this. If we have someone on the property smoking we reserve the right to have them put it out. The Ranch is surrounded by beautiful tree’s and wildlife, it is for your safety as well as theirs.
We work closely with a number of outside vendors and would be happy to recommend those to you.
